Pastor Daniel Knorr
Daniel currently is the full time Pastor of Student ministries for Kelowna Christian Center Society. This position includes Associate Pastor, oversight to Harvest Hands Youth and Chaplain of Heritage Christian School. Daniel attended Heritage Christian School from grade one right through to his graduation. Since his graduation both him and his wife have completed the full Bible College programs as well as pastoral mentorship offered at KCC. Daniel is an ordained minister through KCC and Open Bible Faith Fellowship. His passion is for young people to encounter Jesus and be trained to become all that God has in store for each individual. This passion has led Daniel to be involved with many different ministries including Maple Springs Bible Camp, Gardom Lake Bible Camp, Okanagan Teen Challenge, Global Ministry Training Center, Heritage Christian Schools, Revival Now Ministries, Regeneration Conferences, Kelowna Youth Ministerial, and several others.
Starting full time ministry in 2003 Daniel has had the privilege to see hundreds of students come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour. One of Daniel’s greatest passions is to train leaders and to see people live to full potential. With countless testimonies of healings, prophetic words, and lives being set free Daniel continues to preach the timeless messages of Salvation, being empowered by the Holy Spirit, and reaching out to others. Daniel takes the words of Jesus seriously (Matthew 9:35-38) and lives to reach the harvest that is ready.
Daniel and Marli have been married since the summer of 2003 and are proud parents of two children. They committed themselves to the Lord at a young age and now are living out their commitment to reach as many students as they can with the good news of a better way. Often taking students into their home and having teenagers over on a regular basis is one of the main ways that this couple put the great commission into practice. Their family is based on love for God, love for each other, and love for others.
